A new way to wake up!
Different ways to wake yourself up; alarm clock alternatives
Gold was discovered in California in 1849, and the big rush was on. If every day’s a big rush at your house because you sleep through your clock’s alarm, read on. We’ve got news for heavy sleepers and those snoring their way to unemployment.
If you have trouble waking to your alarm clock, try putting your TV and bedroom lights on a timer. If you try it and feel it’s a bit too harsh and jarring, try one of the new sunrise/daylight table lamps that increase very slowly from a soft glow to bright light, creating the feel of dawn and natural daylight. If that doesn’t work, better hook up a car horn and a bucket of cold water.
