It’s Environmental Energy Technologies division has studied the solar reflectance of roofs and developed new cool-color pigments and revolutionary manufacturing techniques that allow darker and more vibrant colors to still reflect nearly as much sunlight as white or gray roofing materials do. Soon, you’ll be able to roof with designer colors and still save energy dollars too. Dramatic energy-savings browns, blues, purples, reds, and greens are just around the corner and just about ready to go “UP on the roof” to improve looks and lower utility bills
