Quick draw screw bits

Do you own a fancy cordless electric drill, with holders for screw bits and more? Today, you'll learn how to keep screw bits aboard, even if your drill is old and has a cord. From deep within the Carey Brothers' mine shaft of gunslinging tricks for storing ammo and screw bits, we rustle up this handy-dandy solution. Says here, if you're workin? on the old ranch house and drivin? a few screws here and there with an old electric drill -- not one of them fancy new cordless gizmos with built-in holsters for your screw tips and all -- you can still keep 'em corralled and handy by makin? a holster, this-a-way: Round up a piece of wood or a chunk of rubber, from a hose or the like, and make as many holes in it as you need. Most screw bit tips fit snugly in a 9/32nd-of-an-inch hole. Just drill what you need, tape it on your power cord (right where your chuck key is) and give those city slickers with the fancy cordless drills a run for their money.
