Photo luminescent Technology

A hot technology began as fluorescent paint back in the 1920s and since has evolved into photo luminescent plastics. It was used on Navy ships years ago, and has become a hot new technology that has revolutionized residential lighting and decorating. So, what is photo luminescent technology? It is associated with a vast and growing number of products -- from switch plates and door knobs to stair treads and handrails. The technology absorbs light and glows in the dark for hours. Today's new photo luminescent products are even more dramatic and glow brighter and longer ? as long as 12 hours after only minutes of natural or artificial light. New applications include 4-by-8 panels to create entire walls that light up a room without power; nighttime walkways; garden stepping stones; and illuminated table tops. The possibilities are endless, and the benefits obvious. Photo luminescent technology is coming your way.
