Cordless Drill Holster

Western hero Roy Rogers was born on this day. The ?king of cowboys? chased bad guys, and when he caught 'em, he drew two six-shooters from holsters strapped to his hips and quickly corralled them into the local hoosegow. When you're out doin? some work on the old ranch house that requires repetitive drilling, having a ?quick draw? is important too; otherwise, you wind up laying your cordless drill down and stooping to pick it up again every time you need it! The answer is simple. Just look for a soft plastic bottle that's shaped like your drill, turn it upside down, and (using a sharp utility knife) trim off the bottom and two or three inches on one side. Then, on the other ?high? side, cut two vertical slits for your belt and you'll have a handy ?quick-draw? drill holster! 64oz. bottles fit most drills just right. When you see one you like, stake your ?claim? with a note to save it once it is empty.
