Window Washing Follow-Up

Fred MacMurray of ?My Three Sons? was born on this day. In one show, he asked Chip to wash the windows. Later that day, he noticed they were done. However, Chip kept going in and out of the house repeatedly. When he?d finally had enough, Mr. Douglas asked ?Okay, Chip, what's going on?? ?Well, Dad, I finished all the windows inside and out,? he said, ?and now I?m wiping off the streaks.? ?But why all the in and out?? asked Mr. Douglas. ??Cause i can't tell if the streak?s inside or out!? said Chip. ?Okay, son, let me teach you a little trick,? said Mr. Douglas. With that, he re-washed a window inside and out, rinsed, and squeegeed. ?Here's the trick, son. Outside, you squeegee going across, and inside, you squeegee up and down. Then, when it dries, you can tell if a streak is inside or out!? ?Cool!? said Chip. ?Wanna show me that again??
