If I Could Re-Do My Remodel

Sometimes, when remodeling is all through, homeowners wish they could go back and re-do it. Today you'll learn the oversights and mistakes that some homeowners made in their planning. The major areas of displeasure and disappointment generally centered on not properly visualizing the finished project or opting for less than ?premium? products. Inadequate lighting was often sighted, as was cutting corners to save money. Cleaning was another major issue. White carpet or white tile with white grout should be obvious red flags as dirt magnets, yet only afterward do some active families discover them to be huge time and energy wasters. Another lament was missed opportunity; a homeowner could have made changes such as enhancing a window or moving a room rather than simply updating and 'refreshing?. So before you start, stop and ask yourself: ?What would I do if I were to re-do the remodeling that I?m about to do??
