We're on our way to Burbank to investigate a 10-99. Bait and switch... Not a pretty picture! Open up... Product police! We got a report you were bamboozled. Saw a bargain price advertised, correct? However, the item was sold out when you got there? So they offered something more expensive, right? That's bait and switch. We've seen it a million times. It's illegal unless they say "limited supply" in their ad. Did they? Didn't think so! We'll take the report and call the Better Business Bureau like you should have done right away! There will be lots of holiday sales this weekend, so be careful out there. It happens with some home improvements, too. Contractors lowball an estimate and jack up the price after you sign. That's the facts, ma'am. Bait and switch is not nice. Just keep your eyes open, and remember: it's a crime!
