Fingerprint Door Locks

Fingerprints long have been used to solve crimes. Now they're being used to prevent crime, as well. Just like on TV and in the movies, new high-tech locks let you open doors any time you please without using numbers and key pads or house keys. Futuristic fingerprint readers and scanners no longer are just for James Bond and the "Mission Impossible" team. Rather, this technology has been downsized and is now available for homes on Main Street USA. Small miniaturized fingerprint readers, about the size of a postage stamp, set in beautiful Euro-styled door-lock hardware will scan fingerprints in less than a second and match them to as many as 100 stored prints in less than two seconds. If it's a match, you're in. If not, you're not. Want to add a little 007 intrigue to your house not to mention convenience and foolproof security? Check out the new fingerprint door locks. And that's the On The House tip for today
