Short-sighted? It's time for reflection!

"The Rookies" premiered on TV on this day in 1972. It featured three young police recruits -- Willis Gates, Terry Webster and Mike Danko. While they were good at solving crimes, they would have had to stand on each other's shoulders to solve the mystery of what was on the top shelf of many kitchen cabinets in many homes. If this sound familiar and you have trouble seeing what’s in those high up cabinets, here’s help. Glue a self-stick mirror tile inside the top and on the underside of the highest shelves to bring what's way in back up to the front. Mirrors above those high-up storage places will bring the deepest darkest corners into view. It will solve the mystery and it will reflect well on you. And that's the On The House tip for today.
