Cleaning Stained Baby Bottles

Here's one for grandparents, moms and dads who have little ones that haven't yet been weaned. You know how badly stained the inside of a baby bottle can get when it has been filled with apple juice or other fruit drinks. Well, here is a tip you will love. After you've made your best attempt with a baby bottle brush, combine two tablespoons of rice, a few drops of liquid detergent and two ounces of cold water into that dirty bottle. Screw the cap on tightly and SHAKE SHAKE SHAKE! In moments, the bottle will be bright and shiny! Empty the contents, rinse thoroughly, take two aspirin and call me in the morning! Any rice will do as long as it hasn't been cooked. And that's the On The House tip for today.
