Preventive Care for the Bathroom

"Grout" although not a disease, sounds like one. It can, however, without regular checkups be a pain in the neck due to water damage. Use a screwdriver blade or grout saw to remove all old grout, vacuum and dry the joints thoroughly. Then use a siliconized caulking compound (available in most grout colors) to make waterproof connections. And that's the On The House tip for today.
