Cleaning Chalking From Exterior Siding

The exterior siding on your home is so chalky your neighbors got together a collection and purchased a black board for you and your family. So you took the hint and decided to call for advice. To do the job right all you'll need is a box or two of laundry detergent, buckets of very hot water and a truck brush -- that's a soft-bristle brush on an extra-long handle. Use one cup of detergent per gallon of water. Scrub, rinse, scrub, rinse, scrub, rinse. Either that or rent a powerwasher to save time and elbow grease. And then you can write, "I will keep my house clean on a regular basis" 100 times on your new blackboard. And that's the On The House tip for today.
