Formula To Clean Tubs and Showers

You wanted to take a shower, but after closer observation of the fiberglass pan, decided that it needed cleaning more than you. So, you scrubbed and rubbed and nothing has worked. Well, here's a concoction that might help. Mix 2 tablespoons of turpentine into 1/2 cup of table salt, scrub with a nylon bristle brush, and be prepared for a shine. Don't rinse this solution down the drain. Instead, wipe it up with a paper towel. We don't want to introduce dangerous chemicals into our waste system. After the paper towels have air-dried, they become safe to discard in the normal fashion. And now take that shower -- please! And that's the On The House tip for today.
