THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS ONLY OPEN TO LEGAL RESIDENTS OF THE UNITED STATES AND IS VOID IN ALL OTHER JURISDICTIONS AND WHEREVER PROHIBITED BY FEDERAL, STATE, MUNICIPAL OR LOCAL LAW.
NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO PARTICIPATE OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.
ELIGIBILITY: The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States, the District of Columbia, eighteen (18) years of age or older on the day before Sweepstakes begin, or if the age of majority is greater than eighteen (18) years in the jurisdiction where participant lives, participant must be at least the age of majority on the date of entry. SWEEPSTAKES IS SUBJECT TO ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL LAWS AND REGULATIONS. By entering the Sweepstakes, participants agree to abide by the terms and conditions of these Official Sweepstakes Rules . The following persons are excluded from participation in this Sweepstakes: Employees and immediate family members of On The House Syndication, Inc., (“OTH”), Presenting Sponsor(s) and Associate Sponsor(s), and their subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, assigns, advertising, promotional and fulfillment agents, attorneys, accountants, and other representatives and the persons with whom each of the above are domiciled.
HOW TO ENTER:
Online Entry: To enter, access the official entry form located at www.onthehouse.com. You have the option to opt-in to receive the On The House monthly e-newsletter while entering the Sweepstakes. However, you need not do so to enter the Sweepstakes.
Mail-in Entry: Mail a 3" x 5" card on which you have hand-written your name, mailing address, e-mail address, telephone number; and wherein you must include an answer for each of the following questions:

Place the card in an envelope with first-class postage and mail to: "GREAT GARAGE MAKEOVER" Sweepstakes, c/o On The House, 510 Garcia Avenue, Suite E, Pittsburg, CA 94565. All entries become the property of OTH and will not be returned. Limit one entry per person, regardless of method of entry.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:00 A.M. ET on Saturday, September 13, 2008, and ends at 11:59:00 P.M. ET on Saturday November 1, 2008 ("Sweepstakes Period").
All On-line Entries must be received no later than 11:59:00 P.M. ET on November 1, 2008.
All Mail Entries must be postmarked by November 1, 2008, and received by OTH on or before 5:00:00 P.M. E.T. by November 6, 2008
OTH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO TERMINATE OR SUSPEND THE SWEEPSTAKES WITHOUT NOTICE, AT ANY TIME AND FOR ANY REASON. OTH ALSO RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER OR AMEND THESE RULES AT ANY TIME PROVIDED; HOWEVER, THE GRAND PRIZE WILL BE AWARDED UNDER ALL CIRCUMSTANCES.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Each entrant in the Sweepstakes must be the rightful owner of, or have authorized use of, the email account indicated by the entrant's email address. In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an on-line entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered. No mechanically reproduced entries or facsimiles will be accepted. OTH is not responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, technical failures of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed, incorrect, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications whether caused by the sender or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this Sweepstakes or for any undelivered, deleted, lost, late, illegible, misdirected, incomplete, mutilated or postage-due entries. OTH reserves the right to disqualify any individual who is responsible for or who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the on-line portion of the Sweepstakes in the event it becomes infected by computer virus or is otherwise technically impaired. Entries become the property of OTH and will not be returned.

The Retail Value of the combined above "OTHER PRIZES" is $3059.91
TOTAL GRAND PRIZE EQUIVILANT CASH VALUE EQUALS $2493.99. NO CASH WILL BE AWARDED. PRIZES MAY NOT BE EXCHANGED FOR CASH.
ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning depend upon the number of eligible entries received.
WINNER SELECTION: Prize winner(s) will be determined on the basis of a random drawing. The drawing will be conducted on or about November 6, 2008, and announced during the On The House radio program on or about Saturday, November 8, 2008. All winner selection procedures shall be conducted by OTH whose decisions are final with respect to all aspects of the Sweepstakes.
NOTIFICATION: Winner(s) will be notified via email, registered mail or telephone. If contact information is incorrect, winner(s) will be automatically disqualified. Winner must respond to said notification within five (5) business days of date of notification, or the prize will be forfeited. The name of the final Prize winner(s) may be obtained after November 1, 2008, and before November 6, 2008, by sending a self-addressed stamped envelope to Name of Sweepstakes Winner, 510 Garcia Avenue, Suite E, Pittsburg, CA 94565. Limit one prize per household, per email address or per person per three hundred sixty five (365) day period. Prizes are nontransferable. No prize substitutions allowed.
GENERAL: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Sweepstakes Rules, GREATGARAGE MAKEOVER SWEEPSTAKES Presented by On The House Syndication, Inc., including all eligibility requirements. By entering this Sweepstakes, participant consents to OTH's use of participant’s name and/or likeness for promotional purposes, including online announcements, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. By entering, entrants agree: (1) to be bound by these official rules; (2) that the decisions of OTH are final in all matters pertaining to the Sweepstakes; and (3) to release and hold harmless OTH, its subsidiaries, representatives, OTH, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and consultants from any and all liability, injuries, loss or damage of any kind arising from their participation or their acceptance and use of any prize. Any dispute arising from this Sweepstakes will be determined in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without reference to California’s conflict of laws principles, and the entrants and winners hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction by the State and Federal Courts located in the County of Contra Costa and do hereby specifically waive any personal jurisdiction defense that they may have to the exclusive jurisdiction of the State and Federal Courts located in the County of Contra Costa over all such persons and such disputes relating to this Sweepstakes.
Any personal information that you provide in entering this contest is done on a voluntary basis. This information may be used to provide you with information on the Presenting Sponsor(s), the Associate Sponsor(s), this sweepstakes, and any special offers. As part of this process, your information may be provided to independent affiliates of ReBath who may communicate directly with you.
RELEASE: Potential winners will be required to sign and return to OTH an affidavit of eligibility and release of liability (the "Affidavit"), and, if the Affidavit is not returned within fifteen (15) days of notification, the potential winner will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and an alternate potential winner will be chosen. By registering for the Sweepstakes or accepting a prize, participants release OTH, its subsidiaries, representatives, OTH’s, affiliates, directors, officers, employees, advisors, attorneys and consultants from any and all liability claims or actions of any kind whatsoever and for injuries, damages or losses to persons and property which may be sustained in connection with the receipt, ownership or use of the prizes, or while preparing for, participating in, and/or traveling to any prize-related activity. By registering for the Sweepstakes, participants agree to the use of their name, address (city and state only) and/or photograph, videotape or any likeness for advertising or publicity purposes and to the use of statements made by or attributed to participant relating to OTH, and any and all rights to said use, without further compensation.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: OTH is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the Sweepstakes or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing of entries in the Sweepstakes. OTH assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or authorized access to, or alteration of, entries. OTH is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer on-line-systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email on account of technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person's computer related to or resulting from participating or downloading materials in this Sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, hacking, or any other causes beyond the control of OTH which corrupt the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, OTH reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. OTH is not responsible for late, lost, illegible, incomplete, stolen, misdirected or postage due entries. ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, OTH RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH ENTRANT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW (INCLUDING ALL ATTORNEYS FEES, COURT COSTS AND EXPENSES).
