This recipe is so quick and easy that it will be done with a snap of your ladyfingers!
1 cup ricotta cheese
1 cup light cream cheese
1/2 cup sugar
24 ladyfingers, split lengthwise
1/2 cup Kahlua
2 teaspoons cocoa
In a medium bowl, with a hand wand mixer, process the ricotta, cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
In a square or rectangular glass serving bowl, line the bottom with the split ladyfingers. Drizzle ladyfingers with Kahlua and let stand a few minutes. Spread cheese mixture over ladyfingers. Repeat steps making two to three layers. Dust the top with cocoa. Chill until ready to serve.
