Stuffed Chicken Breasts

You'll love this unique twist to spice up your regular chicken dishes!

Stuffing:
1 day old loaf of Italian bread, cubed small (or 1 package of Stove-Top Stuffing)
1 onion, chopped fine
2 celery stalks, chopped fine
10 mushrooms, coarsely chopped
3 sprigs fresh parsley, chopped fine
1 cup chicken broth
2 tablespoons butter, melted
2 teaspoons Dom DeLuise All-Purpose Blend

8 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pound to 1/4 inch thickness)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 cup milk
1/2 cup Parmesan cheese
Paprika
chopped parsley

In a large bowl, combine all the stuffing ingredients. Spread a couple of tablespoons of stuffing mixture over each chicken breast and roll. Place each chicken roll, seam down in a baking dish.

Mix soup and milk and pour over chicken. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese, paprika and chopped parsley. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.

Serves 8
