My fantastic seafood dish will have your mouth watering.
¼ cup olive oil
4 garlic cloves, chopped
1 pound medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
juice of 1 lemon
2 tablespoons dry sherry
1 teaspoon paprika
salt and pepper, to taste
chopped fresh Italian parsley for garnish
In a medium frying pan, or wok, heat olive oil and sauté garlic until lightly browned. Add shrimp, lemon juice, sherry and paprika. Saute, stirring briskly until shrimp are pink (about 3 minutes). Season to taste with salt and pepper, sprinkle with Italian parsley and serve hot, alone or over your favorite pasta or rice.
