Dom's Cabbage Rolls

A Great Way to Eat Your Veggies!

1 pound ground turkey

1 cup cooked rice

1 egg

1 tablespoon Dom DeLuise All-Purpose Blend

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 cup finely chopped onion

1 carrot, shredded

1/2 cup chopped parsley

2/3 cup milk

8 large outer cabbage leaves

1 can condensed tomato soup, mixed with 1/2 cup water

1 tablespoon brown sugar

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, combine ground turkey and rice. Add egg, Dom DeLuise All-Purpose Blend, Worcestershire sauce, onion, carrot, parsley and milk and mix well.

Blanch cabbage leaves in boiling water for 2 to 3 minutes until soft. Drain. Spoon about 6 tablespoons of the turkey mixture on each leaf. Fold in sides and roll ends over meat. Please seam down in a large glass baking dish.

Mix together, soup and brown sugar and pour over cabbage rolls.

Bake at 350 degrees for one hour, basting twice with sauce.
