Baked Brie

It’s a wonderful hors de oeuvre for the holidays!

1 8 to 10 oz. round of Brie
2 Tbs. Pesto
1 Tbs. olive oil
2 Tbs. pine nuts, lightly toasted
2 garlic cloves, minced crackers or small slices of Italian bread

Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

Trim the skin off the top of the Brie with a sharp knife. Place Brie in a casserole dish.

In a small bowl, mix together the pesto, olive oil, pine nuts and garlic. With a spatula, spread the pesto mixture on the top of the Brie.

Cover with foil and bake until Brie is warm, (about 10 minutes).

Serve immediately with crackers or bread rounds.

Serves 8-10.
