Dom's Rib Eye Steak

Steak is Good Any Time of the Year!

4 pounds steak rib eye, rinsed
4 tablespoons Dom DeLuise All-Purpose Blend
4 cloves garlic, minced
3 cups beef stock
2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon brown sugar

1 onion, sliced

1 green pepper, sliced

1 red pepper, sliced

Preheat oven at 350 degrees.

Season steaks with Dom DeLuise All-Purpose Blend and garlic in a bowl. In a
large bowl, combine stock, Worcestershire sauce and brown sugar.

Place seasoned steaks in a large casserole dish. Pour stock mix over
seasoned steaks. Make a layer of onions and peppers on the top of the
steaks. Cover with aluminum foil and marinate at room temperature for about
20 minutes.

Bake for two hours or until steaks are tender. Remove from oven and let it
stand for 10 minutes before cutting.

Serves 8.
