Dom's Baked Ziti with Spinach

Quick and Easy!

1 lb. ziti
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion, chopped
3 garlic cloves, chopped
1 pound ground turkey
1 tablespoon Dom DeLuise Italian Blend
2 26 oz. jars pasta sauce
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 15 oz. container ricotta
1 box frozen spinach, thawed and drained
1 cup mozzarella

Preheat oven to 325 degrees.

Cook ziti al dente. In a large skillet, heat olive oil. Add onion and garlic and sauté until tender. Add the ground beef or ground turkey. Sprinkle with Dom DeLuise Italian Blend. Cook meat until pink is gone. Drain fat. Add tomato sauce and simmer about 5 minutes. Add cooked ziti and toss to coat. Add the parmesan, ricotta and spinach and mix well.

Place mixture into a large baking dish. Sprinkle with mozzarella. Bake 20 minutes, or until cheese is bubbles.
