Season chicken breasts lightly with Dom's Italian Blend and dust with flour. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat and sauté chicken breasts 3 minutes per side. Transfer cutlets to a warm platter. Pour off fat from the pan.
To the skillet add the wine and garlic and cook until garlic is slightly brown and liquid is reduced, about 2 minutes. Add chicken broth, lemon juice and capers. Return chicken to pan and cook one minute more on each side. Transfer chicken to a warm plate. Add butter and lemon slices to the pan. Once the butter melts, pour sauce over cutlets.
