The Tao of Exercise
When exercising strenuously, a type of concentration is needed to be in the moment. This type of mindfulness relives the brain from stressful thought patterns -- a respite from the daily grind. As you
Movement is the way we become fully conscious of how our mind works our body and how our body clears our minds. We breathe deeper, cleanse our bodies of toxins, and elevate our mood. Don't you feel better after a good walk, cleaning the house, an hour at the gym or a bike ride with the kids? Exercise releases endorphins, adrenaline, serotonin and dopamine. These chemicals work together to make you feel good. What a deal! A healthier body and a calmer, clearer mind!

What a way to begin the day!
