Simple 3-Ingredient Dessert Recipe!

My Chocolate Covered Grapes are elegant, light and refreshing and beautiful served with snacks and drinks.

You’ll need:
1 pound stemmed and chilled seedless grapes
4 ounces bittersweet chocolate, melted, at body temperature
and 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
Wash and dry the grapes well and place them in a large bowl. Line a large baking sheet with a silicone mat or parchment paper.
Add the melted chocolate to the grapes, and stir to evenly coated.
As the chocolate begins to set (which happens really fast), sift the cocoa over the surface of the grapes. Gently toss the grapes until all of the grapes are well coated and separated. Spread the grapes on the baking sheet, and refrigerate until the chocolate has completely set.
