So you want to be fit and healthy?

Here are a few simple tips and techniques that can be easily incorporated into your daily routine to help you feel fabulous.

Got milk? New research suggests you should if you want to lose weight. The study shows that calcium can help adjust your body's fat-burning machinery.

As for getting enough exercise, try taking advantage of a full parking lot. Instead of wasting time looking for close spots, park in the first one available (the farther the better). It's a great way to sneak some exercise into your day.

And, make time to eat breakfast. A homemade smoothie can help you get a quick nutrition boost to start off your busy day. Blend your favorite juice with low-fat yogurt and fresh berries for a healthy start to your day.

And, don’t worry about just one meal or one day. Remember that all foods can be part of a healthy lifestyle; just enjoy all things in moderation.
