Where is your turkey?

OK…The biggest food fest, the Thanksgiving Holiday meal, is just days away….

Remember: It’s best to allow four days for to thaw a frozen bird…so rush home and transfer your turkey from the freezer to the fridge. Refrigerator thawing takes 24 hours for every 4 pounds of turkey! Cold Water thawing, with the turkey in the wrapper, takes 30 minutes for every pound of turkey. Be sure to use cold water and change the water every 30 minutes.

This holiday may your turkey be juicy and delicious!
