Supermarket Shopping Tips

Make your food shopping a breeze.

I make my list according to the store organization. Fruits and veggies at the top of the list because that's the first department in the store. Frozen and bakery items at the end.

Try not to shop when you're hungry or rushed; It will surely save you money.

Check the sell-by dates on products and buy the product with the latest date. Be sure that seals are secure, that cans aren't dented and that packaging is not torn.

And, always keep food safety in mind when you're shopping. Don't put raw foods on top of cooked or packaged foods And try to plan your shopping trip so that the perishables are the last items you put in your cart...That way they'll stay chilled all the way home.
