Eating Healthy, Feeling Good

This tip is all about health!

Looking after your body is essential to maintaining health, vitality and better energy levels....and improved stamina will help you meet the challenges that life brings.

So, develop a good routine to eat well. If skipping breakfast is a problem try the following:

Set the alarm 10 minutes earlier or suggest a breakfast meeting at a café with healthy options for a great start to your morning both personally and professionally. Or, try packing breakfast to go, like a yogurt pop, a bag of granola to snack on along with a banana. That Egg Sandwich from the Fast Food Drive Thru, not a great choice!

And, when it comes to Quick Dinners:
Cook a double batch of what ever you’re making tonight and you''ll have plenty for the following night and, be sure to plan ahead! It's too easy to grab take-out on the way home if you do not have fresh ingredients in your fridge.
