Creamy Fruit Parfait

My creamy fruit parfaits are a simple easy dessert that can be made with the freshest fruit of the season or even frozen fruit, which works great.

Here’s a 4 ingredient recipe.

You’ll need: one 8 ounce package of cream cheese (softened at room temperature,) one 7 ounce jar of marshmallow cream, and 2 cups of sliced peaches, pears, mangos, or berries (strawberries, blackberries, blueberries, or raspberries) – you pick the fruit! I use the frozen berries during this time of year, and they work just perfectly. And I like mint as the fourth ingredient, for garnish.

Again - an 8 oz. package of cream cheese, a jar of marshmallow cream, some sliced fruit and some fresh mint. Doesn’t get any easier than this.

Beat together the cream cheese and the marshmallow cream until smooth. Layer the fruit with the cream cheese mixture in 4 dessert glasses. Garnish with mint, chill and serve.

I like to serve my parfaits with cookies and coffee, or some other after-dinner drinks.

That’s one super easy dessert!
