Garage Door No longer Opens

Question?

My garage door used to work great, but now it won’t work at all. When I press the button to open all it does is buzz and it doesn’t move. There are no obstructions and the electricity is okay. Does this door need replacement?

This type of problem needs to be diagnosed by someone actually examining the door. One thing that you could try on your own is adjusting the clutch. Consult the owner’s manual for instructions on how to do this. If that doesn’t work, call a professional who can figure out what the problem is.
