The Hot Water Goes Cold

Question?

My hot water turns cold when you use the hose outside. How can I fix this?

Answer!

That is a difficult problem John. There is something in the plumbing system that is causing a reduction of water pressure. It may be a “reverse pressure” problem that can be fixed by installing a backflow prevention device. We recommend that you contact a plumber to see if this is the problem.
