Start with 3 quarts of warm water, add 1 quart of liquid chlorine bleach and 1-third cup of powdered laundry detergent. Remember to wear safety goggles to protect your eyes and rubber gloves to protect your skin. Have plenty of fresh air and ventilation. Use a stiff brush and a sponge and scrub until all mildew and fungus disappears.
