Completely remodeled in summer 2004, enjoy your coffee while basking in the morning sunshine on our east-facing spacious rear patio situated along the 12th fairway of the lush Challenge Course.

Our “home away from home” offers the best of all worlds; located in a quiet cul-de-sac just down the block from the fabulous Palm Valley Country Clubhouse, you can choose between two radiant swimming pools with spas – close enough for convenience, yet far enough for optimal privacy.

You’ll be surrounded by luxury, high-end finishes such as custom made maple cabinets with raised panel doors, rich slab granite countertops, opulent satin-nickel plumbing fixtures, a luxurious Jacuzzi whirlpool Tub and vertical spa with six shower heads in the master bath, decorative porcelain tile floors in the kitchen and both baths, state-of-the-art stainless steel appliances, filtered water, and even a new full size washer and dryer. And there’s no waiting for hot water with our on-demand hot water system!

Adding to the decorating flair, plantation shutters offer the best of both worlds -- privacy when you need it and an unobstructed view when you want it.

You’ll never miss a wink in our king-size, deep pocket, pillow-top bed in the master suite. Our guest bedroom offers two twin beds, a huge mirrored wardrobe, lots of elbow room and private access to the tile and granite clad guest bath.

Snuggle up and enjoy digital cable TV or your favorite movie (VHS or DVD) on one of our three flat screen televisions. You’ll feel like part of the action with the large screen and home theatre system in the living room! Enjoy one of the many movies in our video collection.

And if “surfing the net” is part of your vacation plan, you’ll be able to do it sprawled out on a lounge while catching some rays or cuddled up in bed between catching some z’s -- thanks to our high-speed wireless internet access. We even have a printer/fax/copy machine for your convenience. A telephone answering machine is provided to take your calls while you are out and about enjoying the desert.

As with our rear patios, our quaint private entry courtyard is fully furnished. The only thing missing are the steaks waiting to sizzle on our elaborate five burner stainless steel gas grill with rotisserie and side burner.

Palm Valley has it all – two breathtaking golf courses, lighted tennis courts, swimming pools, a practice tee, three putting greens, a pitching green, the best exercise facility in the desert, a pampering spa and salon, meticulously-merchandised golf and tennis pro shops and pleasant places to dine day and night.

Keep your “wheels” cool and out-of-sight in our fully finished two car garage. Take a spin in our golf cart; enjoy our bicycles for a bit of exercise or take pleasure in one of many puzzles and board games to pass the time.
