Santina Siemer is our crew member of the month!

Our fourth Crew Member of the Month is Santina Siemer, James' executive assistant!

Besides being a mother of two at home, Santina proudly boasts that she is the "company mom" as well. She makes sure to keep everyone in line here at On The House. Our day-to-day operations run smoothly because of her fantastic organization skills and her ability to multitask throughout a chaotic week of phone calls, travel arrangements, and all of us who demand her attention on a daily basis!
